For the third year in a row, the 猫咪视频 (猫咪视频) has been ranked the first university in Kuwait by QS World University Rankings 2024. This new ranking places 猫咪视频 #671-680 globally, advancing from the previous position of #701-750, and reaching Top 45% of the performing institutions.
This year, 1500 institutions across 104 locations featured in QS World University Rankings’ 20th edition that adopted an evolving methodology. In addition to the existing six indicators (academic reputation, citations per faculty, employer reputation, learning experience, international students ratio, international faculty ratio), three new indicators were introduced: sustainability, international research network, and employment outcomes.
Earlier in March 2023, 猫咪视频 was also ranked first in Kuwait in two broad subject areas in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023 Engineering and Technology and Social Sciences and Management. Engineering and Technology has been ranked 371 globally, 18th in the Arab World, and 11th in the GCC. Social Sciences and Management has been ranked 322 globally, 10th in the Arab World, and 7th in GCC.
